Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our office in Stockholm and support our HR operations across multiple locations within our international organization.
This is a broad role that covers everything from day‑to‑day HR administration to HR compliance and local employment law. You’ll work independently while collaborating closely with people across the organization, ensuring smooth processes and a well structured HR environment. As you will be handling a significant amount of sensitive information, strict confidentiality applies throughout.
This position is a 1 year fixed‑term contract starting in August 2026\.
**Key Responsibilities**
**HR Administration \& Compliance**
* Handle sensitive information with full confidentiality.
* Draft and update employment contracts, addendums, and HR agreements.
* Maintain accurate personnel files and HR databases.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws across the regions we operate in.
* Keep HR policies and procedures updated and aligned with legal requirements.
* Act as the first point of contact for the department.
* Support managers in applying local employment law and internal HR processes.
* Manage processes for internal and external audits and ISO recertification.
* Manage work permits and other migration processes.
* Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
* Lead and support HR initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
* Hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
**HR Reporting \& Daily Operations**
* Prepare HR reports and KPIs.
* Calculate staff entitlements (leaves, benefits, etc.).
* Respond to HR‑related emails and calls.
* Manage staff inquiries and OKRs.
* Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage confidential documents.
**Payroll**
* Manage payroll for our different locations.
**Who you are**
We are looking for a person located in Stockholm with strong verbal and written English, and with a minimum of 1 year experience within HR and Payroll.
The right person for the role is skilled communicator with a high level of integrity, accountability, and ethical standards who likes working in a dynamic environment. You are proactive and comfortable collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
