Known for its luxury housing developments in Pune, the company is rapidly expanding its reach to cover diverse areas. **Role Description** This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Pune Division, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, managing performance appraisals, fostering employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing training and development programs, and overseeing compensation and benefits strategies. The HR Manager will also act as a consultant to management on human resources\-related issues and provide strategic HR guidance. **Qualifications** * HR Strategy Development, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement skills * Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Development * Experience in designing and implementing training, learning, and development programs * Proficiency in Labor Law Compliance and HR process optimization * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills * Capability to lead teams and influence executive decision\-making * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus) * Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, in real estate or infrastructure development sectors
