Customers come to experience craft burgers and what is considered the "greatest food of all times" in a unique culinary and social environment. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Human Resources Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies. The role involves managing training and development programs, ensuring workplace compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also collaborate with different departments, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns effectively. **Qualifications** * Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Workforce Planning * Proficiency in Performance Management and implementing HR Policies * Skills in Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Team Collaboration * Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance * Proven organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage training and development initiatives effectively * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage * Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus • Act as the sole HR point of contact across all brands. • Build HR structure from scratch and improve existing systems. •  Manage HR operations independently without a team. * Work closely with Operations on workforce planning **Notes** * To join immediately * Manage across multiple branches and concepts * Experience in the food and beverage industry * Email CV to hr@bygoat.ae with subject being '' HR Manager Position Job Post''
