**Role Description**
HR Key Responsibilities
\* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
\* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition
\* Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management
\* Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management systems
\* Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and HR audits
\* Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
\* Design and implement HR policies and employee handbook
\* Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management
\* Manage HRIS systems and employee records
\* Develop training and development programs for staff and factory workers
**Qualifications**
* Extensive knowledge of HR functions such as Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
* Experience in developing company policies, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring legal and regulatory adherence
* Strong skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
* Proficiency in using HR software and tools to manage HR operations efficiently
* Ability to develop and implement training and development programs
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
* Prior experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
