Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the human resources function within our organization. This role will focus on building HR policies, frameworks, and managing employee relations, including conflict resolution. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** ·      Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws. ·      Establish and strengthen HR frameworks, processes and best practices across the organization. ·      Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances and disciplinary actions. ·      Act as the main point of contact for complex employee issues, ensuring fair and timely resolution. ·      Design and manage the performance management process, including appraisals and improvement plans. ·      Provide guidance and support to managers on HR\-related matters and team management. ·      Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies across all departments. ·      Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development and offboarding. ·      Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements. ·      Review and improve compensation structures, benefits and internal grading frameworks. ·      Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention and workplace culture. ·      Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision\-making. ·      Coordinate with the PRO for employment visa processing and related documentation. ·      Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion. **QUALIFICATIONS \& SKILLS:** ·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ·      CHRM or CIPD certification preferred. ·      Minimum of 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. ·      Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations. ·      Proven experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution. ·      Experience in developing HR policies and building HR processes. ·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ·      High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism. ·      Strong organizational and decision\-making skills.
