Job Description
Human Resources Manager responsible for leading HR operations, driving talent strategies, and building a strong employee experience aligned with business goals. Role focuses on managing the full employee lifecycle, strengthening HR processes, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management. **What This Role Owns** * End\-to\-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management * Talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning * Employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives **Key Deliverables** * Structured and efficient HR processes across recruitment and operations * Strong hiring pipelines aligned with business needs * High employee engagement and retention levels * Compliance with HR policies, regulations, and organizational standards **Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities** * Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing strategy, interviews, and hiring decisions * Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations * Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture * Manage performance management processes and employee development plans * Handle employee relations, concerns, and conflict resolution * Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal guidelines * Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business goals * Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision\-making **What Drives Success in This Role** * Strong ability to balance people needs with business priorities * Structured approach to managing HR processes and policies * Confidence in handling employee relations and stakeholder interactions * Ability to operate effectively in a fast\-paced environment **Core Expertise** * Strong understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle management * Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement * Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills **Experience \& Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 5–8 years of experience in HR management or HR generalist roles **Additional Advantage** * Experience working in fast\-growing or startup environments * Familiarity with HRMS tools and data\-driven HR practices * Exposure to organizational development and talent strategy
