Human Resources Manager responsible for leading HR operations, driving talent strategies, and building a strong employee experience aligned with business goals. Role focuses on managing the full employee lifecycle, strengthening HR processes, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management.
**What This Role Owns**
* End\-to\-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management

**Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities**
* Lead recruitment efforts including sourcing strategy, interviews, and hiring decisions
* Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture
* Manage performance management processes and employee development plans
* Handle employee relations, concerns, and conflict resolution
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal guidelines
* Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business goals
* Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision\-making
