As we scale, we're looking for a seasoned HR Manager to build the people infrastructure that will support our next phase of growth. **About the Role** This is a part\-time, on\-site role based in Toronto, ON. The HR Manager will oversee and manage core HR functions across the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable labour laws. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR policies, delivering training and development programs, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The role also has a strategic dimension: providing HR recommendations that align with business goals and ensuring adherence to organizational values as we grow. **What You Bring** * 7–10\+ years of progressive, broad\-based HR experience * Proven track record in mid\-to\-large\-sized or entrepreneurial organizations * Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes * Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management * Proficiency in developing HR policies, compliance management, and labour law * Experience in payroll, benefits administration, and compensation management * Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills * Proficiency in HR software and tools, with the ability to analyze HR metrics * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * CHRP or SHRM\-CP designation is an asset * Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and foster an inclusive work culture
