As we scale, we're building the people infrastructure to match our ambitions — and we're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead that work. **About the Role** This is a part\-time, on\-site position based in Toronto, ON. Reporting to senior leadership, the HR Manager will own core HR functions across the organization and serve as a trusted strategic partner as we grow. You'll be responsible for the full HR lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, performance management, and legislative compliance. Beyond day\-to\-day operations, you'll shape the policies, programs, and culture that define how we work. **What You'll Do** * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes * Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures * Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management * Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs * Ensure compliance with applicable Ontario and federal labour legislation * Design and deliver training and development initiatives * Provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives * Champion a positive, inclusive, and values\-driven workplace culture * Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision\-making **What You Bring** * 7–10\+ years of progressive, broad\-based HR experience * Background in mid\-to\-large\-sized or entrepreneurial/high\-growth organizations * Deep expertise across the full HR spectrum: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and total rewards * Strong working knowledge of Ontario employment law and applicable labour standards * Experience managing payroll and benefits administration * Proficiency in HR software and comfort with HR data and reporting * Exceptional communication, judgment, and discretion * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * CHRP or SHRM\-CP designation is a strong asset **Why BST Canada Ltd.** This is a rare opportunity to step into a high\-impact HR role at a company with real momentum.
