Job Description
Our client, a growing organization within the **logistics and supply chain sector** , is seeking a **dynamic HR Manager** to join their team during an exciting phase of growth. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being **hands\-on in recruitment while also shaping and supporting the broader HR function** . The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent and building strong HR practices that support a growing organization. This is a **high\-impact role** where you will partner closely with leadership and contribute directly to the company’s hiring strategy, culture, and employee experience. What You’ll Be Responsible For Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment (Approx. 50%) * Lead **full\-cycle recruitment** , with a strong focus on **sales and account management roles** * Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies aligned with company growth * Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer processes * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates * Support onboarding and integration of new hires HR Leadership \& Operations (Approx. 50%) * Manage **employee relations and HR guidance** across the organization * Support **performance management processes and employee development** * Assist with **compensation structures and HR policies** * Ensure HR practices align with company growth and operational needs * Contribute to building strong internal culture and engagement What We’re Looking For * **5–8 years of progressive HR experience** * Strong background in **full\-cycle recruitment** , particularly hiring for: * Sales roles * Account management roles * Experience supporting **growing or scaling organizations** * Ability to balance **strategic HR thinking with hands\-on execution** * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Logistics or supply chain industry experience is **an asset but not required** Compensation \& Benefits Our client offers a competitive compensation package including: * **Base Salary:** $85,000 – $95,000 * **Performance\-based bonus** * Comprehensive benefits including: * Health * Dental * Vision * Life insurance * **3 weeks vacation** Work Environment * Office currently located in **East York** * Moving to a new office in **North York (1 Concorde Gate)** * **On\-site initially** to support onboarding and team integration * **Hybrid flexibility** available after the first few months Why This Opportunity?
