Hiring for HR Manager – Job Description Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Role Summary Manage end\-to\-end HR functions, support business strategy, and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws while driving talent, performance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and workforce planning Manage recruitment, onboarding, and Emiratization initiatives Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters Oversee performance management and succession planning Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies Drive employee engagement and learning \& development programs Requirements 8–12 years of HR experience (Manager level exposure) Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law Experience in logistics / ports / large organizations preferred Good stakeholder management and leadership skills
