**360 MARKETING ZONE IS HIRING!** Location: Rawalpindi (Near Commercial Market) Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory) We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our call centre operations and take ownership of day\-to\-day HR functions in a fast\-paced environment. Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shift planning, employee discipline, performance monitoring, and coordination with operations to ensure smooth workforce management. What we’re looking for: • Minimum 1\+ year HR experience • Call centre HR experience preferred • Strong communication and people management skills • Ability to handle pressure and fast\-moving operations • Practical, hands\-on approach (execution over theory) Additional Details: • Night shift role (6pm\-3am PKST) • Female transport facility available • Market competitive salary package (up to 100K based on experience and interview performance) If you can manage people, structure, and pressure in a real\-time environment, we’d like to hear from you.
