Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will oversee a variety of HR functions, supporting employees across multiple locations in a growing company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to employee engagement, benefits administration, and other key HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee benefits administration, including assisting employees with questions and coordinating open enrollment processes.
• Serve as a backup for payroll processing to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage onboarding processes to provide a smooth transition for new hires.
• Handle offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance and a positive experience for departing employees.
• Support recruitment efforts by assisting the recruiting team when needed.
• Address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace environment.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in HR projects, contributing to the development of policies and programs.
• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources generalist or management role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service\-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
• Proven track record of fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
