**HR Generalist – Printed Solid (Prusa Research Group)**
**Location:** On\-site, Newark, DE (Crowell Road 1\) **Experience:** 3–5 years **Reports to:** US Leadership \& Global HR (Prague, CZ)
**About the Role**
**Printed Solid, Inc.** is a proud member of the **Prusa Research** family – founded by Josef Prusa, it is now one of the world's largest manufacturers of 3D printers. We are looking for a hands\-on **HR Generalist** to be the heart of our Newark branch.
You will manage the daily HR operations independently while staying closely aligned with our global headquarters in **Prague, Czech Republic**.
**What You Will Do:**
* **Full\-cycle HR:** Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for the US team.
* **Payroll \& Benefits:** Ownership of payroll via **Rippling** and coordination with **QuickBooks**.
* **Employee Wellbeing:** Fostering the unique "Prusa culture" and driving engagement on\-site.
* **Global Liaison:** Act as the bridge between Newark and the Global HR team in Prague.
* **Compliance:** Keeping US operations compliant with federal and state labor laws.
**What We Look For:**
* **3–5 years** of HR experience (hands\-on, preferably in production/tech).
* **Tech\-savvy:** You enjoy using modern tools like Rippling.
* **Independence:** You can run the show in Newark while Prague is sleeping.
