**Overview**
GFSC is seeking a motivated, collaborative and well\-rounded
**HR Generalist**
to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic and driven HR professional who enjoys working across a variety of HR functions while supporting both employees and leaders within a fast\-paced environment.
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day\-to\-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration. As a trusted resource for employees and managers, the successful candidate will help ensure a positive employee experience while supporting our growth mandate in Canada.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Talent Acquisition**
* Lead full\-cycle recruitment efforts within a growing environment (direct hiring or agency\-supported)
* Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective licensed talent by connecting with candidates currently pursuing the LLQP license through proactive outreach and relationship building
**Onboarding**
* Facilitate the onboarding experience with a focus on fostering connection and loyalty from day one and supporting measurable speed to competency
* Monitor new hire progress and support leaders in effectively integrating new team members during periods of growth
**Employee Relations \& Performance Management**
* Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing sound, balanced guidance
* Support leaders through performance management, feedback conversations, and investigations
**HR Operations \& Programs**
* Support or manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle (recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, learning \& development, engagement, offboarding)
* Develop, implement, and scale HR policies, processes, and tools that support a growing workforce
**Workplace Experience \& Culture**
* Plan and manage company events including team gatherings, holiday parties, quarterly town halls and engagement initiatives throughout the year
* Provide supervision and direction to the Workplace and Culture Lead, assuming oversight for office facilities and administration
**Compliance, Policies \& Governance**
* Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization
* Support audits, documentation, and risk mitigation related to people practices
**What We’re Looking For**
* 3\-5 years of progressive HR experience in a Coordinator, Generalist, or Advisor role
* Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices
* Demonstrated experience managing or supporting employee relations matters with confidence and sound judgment
* Practical, solutions\-oriented mindset\- comfortable navigating ambiguity
* Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship\-building skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* High attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion when handling confidential information
**Salary Range:**
$75,000\-$85,000
