Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist \+ Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within tech domain. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to source potential candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Candidate Assessment and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions that align with the company's needs and values. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Engage in outreach activities to promote the company as an employer of choice in the tech industry. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Provide support and guidance to new employees during their initial integration into the company. Talent Pools and Pipelines: Proactively build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices related to talent acquisition. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a HR \+ Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry (at least 2 years). • In\-depth knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational and time\-management abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams. Salary: 70,000 PKR to 100,000 PKR
