You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver core HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and a strong employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Strategic Partnership*
* Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
* Support organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
* Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness
* Drive change management initiatives in a high\-growth environment
*Hands\-On HR Delivery*
* Execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and offboarding
* Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
* Support compensation and promotion processes
* Maintain strong operational discipline across HR activities
*Systems \& Data (Workday)*
* Leverage
**Workday**
for HR transactions, reporting, and analytics
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems
* Use insights to inform decision\-making and improve business outcomes
*Recruitment and Retention*
* Partner with Recruitment to support hiring needs
* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
* Champion company culture and values across the e\-Storage business
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* Proven experience as an
**HR Business Partner**
in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment
* Strong working knowledge of
**Workday**
(transactions, reporting, data management)
* Demonstrated ability to operate both
**strategically and tactically**
* Experience supporting technical, industrial, or energy\-related businesses is a plus
* Solid understanding of North American employment practices and legislation
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
