Job Description
Managing the learning and development function for sales team and channel partner’s in line with business.
* To manage the inflow of the new Joiners by ensuring adequate learning journey.
* Responsible to train and certify the employees through Virtual/Classroom / e\-Learning modules.
* Training the participants on products of the bank (sales skills and other related skills) to perform the job.
* Managing the throughput of the training batch and hygiene under check not limited to attendance, feedback, mock and final assessment.
* Have visibility of training calendar and adherence to the same.
* Ensuring the learners have 100% adherence to e\-learning during the learning journey.
* Create Training materials and development programs on operational needs.
* Keep records of all training and perform periodic assessment of employee skills.
Area to be managed : Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
