Job Description
HR Support Officer **Job Purpose** The **HR Support Officer** is an entry\-level role aimed at developing UAE Nationals by providing hands\-on experience in human resources operations, employee services, and administrative HR functions. The role supports day\-to\-day HR activities including employee documentation, onboarding coordination, and HR system updates, while building foundational HR knowledge and professional skills for long\-term career growth within the Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities Support day\-to\-day HR operations including employee documentation, HR records management, and administrative support. Assist in coordinating **employee onboarding processes** , including preparing employee files, documentation, and orientation arrangements. Maintain and update **HR databases and employee records** to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Support the preparation and issuance of **HR letters** , employment certificates, and other employee\-related documents. Assist in tracking **employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation** under supervision. Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR requirements, employee requests, and administrative support. Support the **recruitment process** by assisting in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records. Assist in preparing **HR reports and documentation** related to workforce data, employee records, and HR activities. Ensure compliance with **company policies, HR procedures, and UAE labor regulations** when handling HR documentation and employee records. Provide administrative and operational support to the **HR Department** as assigned by the Direct Manager. **Education** Qualifications \& Experience High School Diploma (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred) **Experience** 0–2 years of experience in HR support, administration, customer service, or office coordination; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. **Nationality** UAE National only Skills \& Competencies Basic understanding of **Human Resources practices and administrative procedures** Strong **organizational and documentation management skills** Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** Good **written and verbal communication skills** Attention to detail and ability to maintain **confidential HR information** Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks Professionalism and high ethical standards Ability to work collaboratively within a **team\-oriented environment** Customer\-service mindset when dealing with employees and internal stakeholders KPIs Accuracy and timely maintenance of **employee records and HR documentation** Effective coordination and support of **onboarding and HR administrative processes** Timely response to **employee HR requests and documentation needs** Accuracy of HR reports and administrative records Successful completion of **assigned HR training and development programs** Compliance with company HR policies and procedures
