Our client Alorea Cosmetics is looking for a HR Recruitment Specialist in Rawalpindi Alorea Cosmetics is seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and the implementation of HR policies. With a focus on high\-volume hiring and recruitment, this position requires strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively support our sales and marketing teams. The HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring seamless recruitment processes, candidate assessments, and onboarding procedures, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and corporate standards. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and demonstrates excellent multitasking and problem\-solving abilities. The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, with a preference for a master’s degree. Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or Recruitment Specialist is required, preferably in sales, marketing, or corporate settings. The role requires expertise in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and office tools. The HR Executive works independently without managing a team but collaborates cross\-functionally to achieve recruitment and organizational goals at Alorea Cosmetics. **Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to meet high\-volume hiring targets. * Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to identify the best talent aligning with Alorea Cosmetics' culture and role requirements. * Oversee the onboarding and orientation processes ensuring new hires receive proper training, documentation, and integration support. * Implement and maintain HR policies in accordance with legal requirements and company standards to promote a positive and compliant workplace. * Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication between staff and management. * Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to understand their team needs and deliver targeted recruitment strategies. * Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and employee data using HR software and applicant tracking systems. * Provide assistance in performance management initiatives by supporting evaluation processes and employee development programs. * Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in a fast\-paced work environment. * Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage candidates and manage relationships effectively. * Stay current with labor laws and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of HR functions. * Work independently while coordinating with various departments to align recruitment objectives with business goals.
