HR Project Manager

**Craft:** HR \& Business Support **Job Description:** We’re looking for an HR Project Specialist to join our People Team (Strategy \& Operations), to plan and drive HR projects, partnering with stakeholders to ensure we are set up for success when it comes to preparing, organising and delivering on our labour relations and compliance roadmap, adapting to evolving employment legislation. You’ll play a key role in coordinating Germany Works Council processes, preparing high\-quality materials, and supporting updates to HR policies and practices. If you enjoy owning projects, working with multiple stakeholders, learning about new legislation and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — this could be the perfect role for you. **Your Role within our Kingdom** **Works Council \& Employee Relations Support** * Coordinate, prepare and maintain materials for Germany Works Council consultations, including presentations, documentation and supporting data * Partner closely with HRBPs, Legal and business stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure alignment * Track timelines, dependencies and deliverables to ensure compliance with consultation requirements * Manage feedback loops, questions and follow\-ups from Works Council discussions with our Germany HR and legal team * Prepare and deliver timely information to inform or consult on all relevant changes or projects to enable early identification of employee concerns and smoother project and HR implementation **HR Policy \& Compliance Projects** * Support the review and update of HR policies and processes in line with EMEA legislation changes across ABK AMEA * Translate legal requirements into clear, practical HR guidance in partnership with Legal and HR teams * Coordinate rollout of updated policies and processes, including communications, supporting materials and any training * Ensure consistency and accuracy across HR documentation and systems **Collaboration \& Impact** * Build strong partnerships across the People Team * Act as a trusted partner on HR project delivery and governance topics * Support continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and ways of working * Champion our King culture and values **Skills To Create Thrills** * Experience in project management, HR compliance, policy development or transformation projects * Proven experience in project management, in HR function or wider * Effective collaboration, clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR, Legal and business teams * Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines * Confident preparing structured, high\-quality materials for senior stakeholders or governance forums with minimal support * Ability to translate complex topics into clear, practical messages * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment * Direct experience working with employee Works Councils or wider labour relations * Background in international or matrix organisations * Experience in Tech, Gaming or Digital companies * Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, especially MS PowerPoint and Excel **About You** * You’re structured, proactive and take ownership * You’re comfortable navigating sensitive and highly confidential topics with professionalism and care * You enjoy bringing structure, clarity and order to complex situations * You’re collaborative, pragmatic and solutions\-oriented * You bring positive energy and a “get things done” mindset **About King** With a mission of *Making the World Playful* , King is a leading interactive entertainment company with more than 20 years of history of delivering some of the world’s most iconic games in the mobile gaming industry, including the world\-famous Candy Crush franchise, as well as other mobile game hits such as *Farm Heroes Sag* a.
