HR Manager

Talents Tide is looking for an experienced and dynamic **HR Manager** for our client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving overall HR excellence within a fast\-paced contracting/development environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives * Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances, demands, and workplace issues * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes * Support business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention strategies * Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, procedures, and best practices * Foster a positive and productive working environment * Oversee performance management systems to drive high performance * Manage compensation structures, pay plans, and benefits programs * Identify training needs and implement learning \& development initiatives * Provide HR insights and reports to management using HR metrics * Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices **Requirements** * Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional * Background in **contracting, construction, or real estate development** is highly preferred * Strong understanding of HR metrics, systems, and databases * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to develop HR strategies and align them with business goals * Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices * Arabic speaker is **mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work with a reputable organization in Dubai * Dynamic and growth\-oriented work environment **How to Apply** Interested candidates can apply but due the volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
