With three Calgary locations and plans for expansion, they are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Calgary, AB, for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. In this position, the HR Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities also include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing performance review processes, and developing training and professional development programs. The HR Manager will act as a pivotal resource for fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting strategic organizational growth. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management * Experience in creating and implementing HR strategies, training programs, and professional development initiatives * Proficient in HR software, with excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict\-resolution skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment * Understands and aligns with Seed N Salt’s values and commitment to community and wellness * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred * HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM\-CP) is an asset
