Job Description
Key responsibilities
HR strategy \& operations
* Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organisational development
* Build and implement HR policies and frameworks compliant with UAE Labour Law
* Manage HRIS/HRMS systems, employee records and HR reporting
Talent acquisition
* Lead full\-cycle recruitment with a focus on hiring 15–20 real estate agents (80% resale / 20% off\-plan) within 12 months
* Build talent pipelines within the UAE real estate recruitment network
* Oversee onboarding, orientation and induction processes
Sales agent performance management
* Design KPIs, commission structures and productivity benchmarks for the sales team
* Monitor agent performance and support leadership with reviews and improvement plans
* Drive a high\-performance, results\-driven culture across the sales division
Employee relations \& engagement
* Manage conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations
* Lead engagement and retention initiatives across the organisation
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
* 3–5 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years in a senior/managerial role in the UAE
* Mandatory: proven experience hiring off\-plan and secondary market real estate agents in Dubai
* Experience in a real estate brokerage or property development company is highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
* Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS platforms and digital recruitment tools
