Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced **HR Manager with 4–5 years UAE experience** who has strong knowledge of **local hiring, Tawteen reporting, and GPSSA**, and the ability to **manage and support staff effectively**. The candidate will oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the full recruitment process for **local and expatriate employees**.
* Handle **Tawteen program requirements and prepare Tawteen reports**.
* Manage **GPSSA registration and contributions for UAE national employees**.
* Supervise and support **staff performance and employee relations**.
* Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
* Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and HR policies.
* Ensure compliance with **UAE labor law and company regulations**.
* Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff performance.
* Coordinate with finance for **payroll, WPS, and employee benefits**.
* Conduct onboarding and training for new employees.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* **4–5 years HR experience in the UAE**.
* Experience working with **UAE nationals and local hiring**.
* Knowledge of **Tawteen system and GPSSA**.
* **Strong experience in managing and supervising staff**.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
**Benefits:**
