Job Description
**About the Role**
Responsible for building and leading the HR function across the Middle East \& Africa region, supporting business expansion from 0 to 1 and through subsequent growth phases. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands\-on execution, driving talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR systems to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
**Responsibilities**
* **Organization \& HR System:**
Build and continuously optimize the HR framework for MEA, ensuring effective localization of HQ policies and improving organizational efficiency.
* **Talent Acquisition:**
Lead recruitment for key roles and establish local talent pipelines to support rapid business expansion.
* **Performance \& Incentives:**
Develop and implement performance management and incentive systems to drive results and business growth.
* **Employee Relations \& Compliance:**
Manage employee relations and labor risks, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* **HR Business Partnering:**
Partner closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, cost control, and organizational effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8\+ years of HR experience and 3\+ years in a managerial role.
* Experience in overseas markets or managing multicultural teams; Middle East experience preferred.
* Background in retail, FMCG, or e\-commerce is a plus.
* Familiar with UAE labor law and HR compliance practices.
* Fluent in English as a working language.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong resilience under pressure.
* Proven experience in building HR systems from 0 to 1 or during rapid expansion.
* Strong cross\-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
