Job Description
**HR Manager (EMEA/APAC) – Financial Services – 12‑Month FTC (Confidential Search)** A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced HR professional for a **12‑month fixed‑term contract** to support and manage HR operations across EMEA and APAC. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. Managed confidentially by a third party. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily HR operations and HRIS (Workday). * Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. * Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory reporting standards. * Lead employee relations cases and act as a key escalation point. * Support performance management, goal‑setting, and talent processes. * Deliver HR projects across multiple jurisdictions in line with business needs. * Partner with senior leaders to embed HR best practice within financial services. * Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding. * Ensure robust data privacy and manage external HR vendors. **Skills \& Experience** * Degree in HR, Business, or related field. * **Financial services HR experience is essential.** * Experience within global or European HR functions. * Strong HRIS capability (Workday preferred). * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. * Strong understanding of labour law and HR governance in regulated environments. * Proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously. **Interested?** For further detail or to discuss the role confidentially, please get in touch.
