HR Manager

**Our client, a well\-established organisation, is seeking to hire a HR Manager.** **The position will be based in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.** This role will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, developing frameworks, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s business objectives. **Role Requirements:** * Lead the setup and implementation of end\-to\-end HR strategies, policies, and processes * Manage full lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives * Oversee performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee recognition programs * Identify training needs and deliver learning initiatives * Manage rewards, employee records, compliance, and employee relations **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 8\-10 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration functions. * Experience managing or leading HR function * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
