Job Title: HR Manager Location: Business Bay, Dubai Salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000 \+ Standard Law Benefits Educational Qualifications / Professional Experience \& Personal Competencies * More than 10yrs of experience with proven experience as an HR Manager (preferably within a Group company setup) * Strong organizational and time management abilities * High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills * Certifications: CIPD, SHRM (is an advantage) * Leadership Style: Hands\-on / Strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills / compliance\-focused Key Responsibilities: * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws * Manage performance appraisal systems and talent development initiatives * Handle employee relations, compensation, and benefits * Managing HR functions for multi\-entity or group structures * Reporting Line: direct reporting to Vice Chairman / General Manager
