**Main Responsibilities**
* Manage human resource activities across the employment lifecycle (Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Offboarding)
* Maintain knowledge of current developments in HR area of expertise
* Develop and deliver employee training programs
* Recommend and communicate organizational policy changes
* Advise on legal and regulatory compliance matters
* Lead and support employee engagement activities
* Analyze data to inform personnel decisions
* Maintain personnel records, create operational budgets, provide input and insight to compensation and benefits programs
**Requirements**
* Degree in Human Resources or Business, with minimum of three to five years in Human Resources
* Experience as a Human Resources Manager/Business Partner in a multiple Manufacturing or Distribution Center business unit environment
* Excellent communicator (written, verbal)
* Working knowledge of Canadian and US Employment Standards (including the nuances of same across State lines)
* A strong understanding of HR data and metrics
* Strong computer skills including MS Office, HRIS (Payworks, Workable, Bamboo)
