**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and HR inquiries
* Support payroll processes and manage benefits administration
* Develop and implement HR policies in line with Canadian legislation
* Adapt UK HR policies to Canadian legislation
* Support recruitment and build partnerships with colleges and universities
* Drive performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives
* Design and implement reward and recognition programs
* Lead employee engagement surveys and support DE\&I initiatives
**Your Skills And Experiences**
* Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws and HR practices
* Proven ability in employee engagement, retention, and DE\&I initiatives
* Experience with HR policy development and implementation
* Exposure to payroll support and benefits administration
* Experience in learning \& development program design and delivery

**The Human Resources Team**
You’ll join a collaborative, international HR team working across Canada and the UK, partnering closely with the Canada Inc. HR Manager, UK HR colleagues, and program leadership teams. In this role, you’ll act as a key advisor on Canadian HR practices, helping align global initiatives with local legislation while supporting performance, engagement, and development across the business.
