****Job Title:**** Human Resources Manager ****Location:**** Halifax, NS ****Salary:**** $101,300 – $135,000 **What You’ll Be Doing** * Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and HR inquiries * Support payroll processes and manage benefits administration * Develop and implement HR policies in line with Canadian legislation * Adapt UK HR policies to Canadian legislation * Support recruitment and build partnerships with colleges and universities * Drive performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives * Design and implement reward and recognition programs * Lead employee engagement surveys and support DE\&I initiatives **Your Skills And Experiences** * Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws and HR practices * Proven ability in employee engagement, retention, and DE\&I initiatives * Experience with HR policy development and implementation * Exposure to payroll support and benefits administration * Experience in learning \& development program design and delivery **Benefits** You’ll receive benefits including a generous annual leave allowance and paid sick leave. HR Manager, UK HR colleagues, and program leadership teams.
