HR Manager (Arabic Speaking) (Real Estate / Fintech) - Dubai based - Full 360 HR experience - 30-35,000 AED per month

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is working with a well known Real Estate / Fintech company based in Dubai who is growing at a rapid pace. The client is looking for a HR Manage to join them with a strong 360 HR experience. **Key Responsibilities** **Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition** * Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring * Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs * Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent * Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees **Employee Relations** * Serve as the main point of contact for employee HR\-related matters * Support a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives * Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary processes * Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures **Performance Management** * Implement performance review processes and employee development plans * Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance * Identify training and development opportunities for staff **HR Policies \& Compliance** * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures * Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations * Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation **Compensation \& Benefits** * Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee compensation structures * Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend improvements to reward systems **HR Operations** * Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention, and engagement * Support leadership with HR insights and workforce planning * Oversee HR administration and internal communication Salary budget 30\-35,000 AED per month \+ medical \+ visa \+ flights Arabic speaking is a must please send CV's to david@therigrecruitment.com
