We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the entire Human Resources function of the clinic. **Position Overview** The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operations of the clinic. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, policy implementation, compliance, performance management, and overall HR administration. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Handle employee records, documentation, and HR compliance. * Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. * Oversee employee performance management and appraisals. * Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare industry regulations. * Conduct training and development programs as required. * Maintain HR reports and records. * Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce management. **Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience** in Human Resources. * Proven experience in managing full HR operations independently. * Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices. * Good understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and leadership abilities. * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. * Immediate joiners preferred. **Qualification** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred but not mandatory).
