The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of relevant HR experience and demonstrate strong skills in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR analytics while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. **Responsibilities** * Conduct end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including writing job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date employee records, attendance tracking, and HR databases to support organizational needs and compliance requirements. * Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, managing communications effectively, and cultivating a supportive and respectful workplace environment. * Prepare, manage, and maintain various HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, experience letters, job descriptions, and other official correspondence with precision and confidentiality. * Support and coordinate performance management processes, including assisting with performance evaluations, training programs, and professional development initiatives to enhance employee performance and growth. * Coordinate payroll\-related activities and oversee leave management to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and labor regulations. * Ensure strict compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal company policies to minimize risks and maintain a fair and lawful workplace. * Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and performance evaluation systems that align with company goals and legal requirements. * Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a professional and timely manner, ensuring conflict resolution and maintaining workplace harmony. * Collaborate with department heads and other key stakeholders to strengthen employee engagement, support workforce planning, and contribute to building a positive organizational culture.
