**The Opportunity**
The HR Generalist \& Office Manager supports the day\-to\-day execution of Greenlight’s people operations while ensuring the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently.
Working closely with leadership and the Fractional CHRO, this role helps implement and maintain core HR programs, support employee initiatives, coordinate internal processes, and ensure HR documentation and compliance requirements remain organized and consistent.
This role also oversees office operations and logistics to ensure a productive and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
**Responsibilities include:**
**HR Programs**
Support the operational execution of Greenlight’s HR programs and employee initiatives in partnership with leadership and the Fractional CHRO.
* Coordinate the performance management process, including performance review cycles, documentation, and tracking
* Support administration and documentation related to performance improvement plans (PIPs)
* Assist with implementation of succession planning and career development initiatives
* Coordinate training and development initiatives, including internal workshops and learning session
* Support programs designed to reinforce Greenlight’s operating principles and culture
* Assist with logistics and coordination for leadership workshops and employee development programs
* Coordinate and administer employee engagement initiatives and internal programs
* Manage and administer employee engagement surveys, including coordination, tracking, and reporting support
* Serve as an internal HR contact for employees with general HR questions or requests
* Maintain organized HR documentation, employee records, and internal HR resources
**HR Operations**
* Support the administration and organization of employee lifecycle processes.
* Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records
* Support maintenance and updates of HR policies and internal documentation
* Coordinate Health \& Safety documentation and compliance requirements
* Assist with internal HR reporting and administrative HR tasks as required
**Office Management \& Logistics**
* Ensure the office environment remains organized, well\-managed, and ready to support employees and leadership.
* Manage office supplies, kitchen supplies, and general office needs
* Coordinate catering, group lunches, and meeting logistics when required
* Ensure the office remains organized, stocked, and ready for daily operations
* Coordinate vendor relationships, office equipment, and maintenance needs
* Support facilities coordination to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
**Company Events \& Internal Logistics**
* Support internal events and initiatives that bring teams together.
* Coordinate logistics for All Hands meetings and company gatherings
* Support planning and coordination of internal team events and initiatives
* Assist with logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, and company programs

**Work Environment**
This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, requiring regular in\-office presence to support office operations, leadership meetings, and internal initiatives.
