**About The Role**
We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Generalist to support the Sr. HR Manager, Global Services across recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, takes ownership, and is eager to contribute across a broad range of HR functions.
**Essential Functions**
* Support the Sr. HR Manager in end\-to\-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience
* Manage and maintain HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
* Assist in managing HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and compliance
* Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery
* Support execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across teams
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and challenge the status quo
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, high\-quality delivery
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support evolving business needs
* Assist with ad hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned
**Required Qualifications**
* 4–7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations
* Hands\-on experience managing end\-to\-end recruitment cycles
* Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms
* Experience in technical recruitment
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
* Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and consistent delivery
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
* Strong problem\-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes constructively
* Comfortable working in a night shift (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
**Good To Have**
* Experience working with North America (US \& Canada) market
* Experience hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365\) or similar roles
* Broad exposure across multiple HR functions
