Job Brief
Employment Type: Full time, Onsite
Location: Johar Town G4, Lahore
Timings: 10AM\-7PM
**Responsibilities**
**On\-boarding \& Employee Experience**
* Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience from pre\-boarding to orientation
* Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
**Employee Relations**
* Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
* Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace matters with professionalism and confidentiality
* Provide guidance on HR policies and labor laws
**HR Operations \& Compliance**
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
* Prepare and analyze HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.)
**Compensation \& Payroll Coordination**
* Support benefits administration (insurance, leaves, etc.)
* Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits
* Coordinate with Finance for timely and accurate payroll processing
**Performance \& Learning**
* Support the performance review cycle and documentation
* Assist in identifying training needs and implementing development plans (PIPs)
* Track learning and development initiatives.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 3\-4 years of relevant HR experience (HR operations, employee relations, or talent management preferred)
* Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR compliance
* Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
* Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and MS Office applications
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Detail\-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
