Headquartered in Germany, Everllence employs around 15,000 people across more than 140 sites worldwide. **HR Executive** The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating key HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, time and attendance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training \& development programs. This role ensures smooth HR operations, contributes to a positive employee experience, and supports organizational HR initiatives. Job Responsibilities * Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and taking care of onboarding formalities such as BGV, Pre\-employment health checkup, and induction program. * Monitor employee attendance and leave records, update HRMS, and prepare monthly reports for payroll. * Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, communication, and basic grievance support. * Organize and track training programs, handle training logistics, and maintain training documentation. * Maintain updated employee records and support HR processes as required. * Support other HR operational activities assigned by the HR Manager. **Skills Required** * Strong communication (written \& verbal) \& interpersonal skills * Self\-driven, responsible, and proactive with a strong follow\-up mindset. * Sense of urgency and accountability. * Well\-organized, practical, and hardworking. * Creative thinker who shares ideas and contributes actively. * Knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office * Good organizational and time‑management abilities * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Qualification \& Experience * Master’s degree in MSW/MBA/PGDM in HR. * 3–5 years of experience in HR role (Recruitment \& Onboarding, Time \& Attendance Management, Employee Engagement, Training \& Development) **That Is Important To Us** Integrity and compliance are essential elements of our corporate culture.
