Kohinoor Textile Mills Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant Manager for Organizational Development and Human Resources. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and engagement of the blue\-collar workforce within a labor\-intensive environment, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors, department heads, and employees to identify training needs, plan and conduct meaningful training sessions, and support employee development programs. With a minimum of four years of relevant experience, this position requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a small team and coordinate activities across departments.
The role involves direct interaction with the workforce to build morale, promote safety, and enhance productivity while maintaining comprehensive records and reports of training and engagement initiatives. The Executive Assistant Manager will lead a team of two professionals, overseeing the development and execution of a structured annual training calendar and worker engagement activities. By supporting ongoing improvements in workplace culture, discipline, and employee welfare, the role plays a vital part in achieving Kohinoor Textile Mills organizational goals and sustaining a healthy work environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Identify the training and development needs of workers in coordination with supervisors and department heads to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
* Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions, awareness programs, and workshops tailored to a semi\-literate and blue\-collar workforce to improve knowledge and adherence to workplace standards.
* Develop, simplify, and update training materials that are accessible and understandable to workers with various literacy levels.
* Maintain accurate training records, track participation, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.
* Plan and execute worker engagement initiatives designed to build morale, enhance motivation, and foster a positive and safe working environment.
* Conduct regular interaction sessions with workers to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote communication between labor and management.
* Organize and facilitate awareness sessions focusing on worker welfare, health, safety protocols, and appropriate workplace conduct to ensure compliance and well\-being.
* Support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture, discipline, and productivity by collaborating closely with the production and HR teams.
* Coordinate seamlessly with production departments to schedule and carry out training and engagement activities with minimal disruption to operational flow.
* Generate detailed reports on all training activities, employee engagement programs, and their outcomes to inform management decisions and future planning.
* Develop and implement an annual training calendar aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
* Lead and supervise a team of two staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure effective execution of HR and development objectives.
