Job Description
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure, delivering high?quality support, and contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience. You will work closely with the Nordic HR team and managers across the organization, handling a broad mix of administrative and coordinating tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Employee \& Manager Support**
* Provide day?to?day support to managers and employees on HR?related questions and processes.
* Serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring timely guidance and high?quality service.
**Compliance \& Governance**
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies.
* Maintain accurate, up?to?date employee records and ensure documentation is managed according to company standards.
**HR Administration**
* Oversee administrative processes related to employment, including contracts, onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
* Manage HR system entries, documentation workflows, and approvals.
**Culture, Engagement \& Events**
* Coordinate employee activities, meetings, and internal events that support engagement and team culture.
**Qualifications**
**Education \& Experience**
* Degree in Human Resources, personnel administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative work.
**Skills \& Competencies**
* Strong proficiency with HR systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
* Highly structured, service?minded, and capable of working independently.
* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and handling a broad variety of tasks in a fast?paced environment.
