This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, with strong janitorial and management experience, eager to make a positive difference every day. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of all areas. * Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back\-of\-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness protocols and quality standards. * Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations. * Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen stock to optimize resources and reduce waste. * Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience through excellent service delivery. * Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial work, industrial cleaning, and hospitality environments. **Experience** * Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar settings. * Strong background in cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices. * Familiarity with hotel operations or large\-scale facility maintenance is highly preferred. * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and safety procedures is essential. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, management, and guests professionally.
