The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff. Duties:* Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are properly maintained * Recruit, train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed * Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met * Coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance or repair needs * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels * Oversee floor care, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services * Step up and be hands\-on as needed * Perform housekeeping duties Requirements:* Proven experience in housekeeping management, with a minimum of 3 years in a hotel or hospitality setting * Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels * Knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices * Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations Job Type: Full\-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:* Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift:* Day shift Ability to Relocate:* Boston, MA 02114: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person #### **Salary** $20 \- $21 per hour
