The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance across all facilities, and organising linen. Other daily responsibilities include supervising staff performance, managing schedules, hiring and training new team members, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the property. **Qualifications** * Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and performance management * Ensuring efficient workflows * Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries professionally * Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and guests * Experience in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members * Attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards * Proven organizational and time management skills * Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous
