The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the housekeeping department, including supervising staff, managing laundry services, and ensuring guest areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Additional responsibilities include hiring and training staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, and addressing guest concerns to maintain excellent customer service. **Qualifications** * Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and scheduling abilities * Experience with Laundry operations and standards * Proficiency in Customer Service and addressing guest needs effectively * Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication * Experience in Hiring and training staff * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Knowledge of housekeeping safety and hygiene practices * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
