**Role Description**
The Housekeeping Manager is a full\-time, on\-site position based in Honolulu, HI, responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations at Shoreline Hotel Waikiki. Daily responsibilities include managing and training staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization across rooms and common areas, maintaining efficient laundry operations, and upholding high levels of service to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role also involves planning and executing hiring processes, managing inventory and supplies, and addressing guest concerns professionally and promptly.
**Qualifications**
* Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, training, and performance monitoring.
* Experience in managing Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards.
* Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to handle guest needs and resolve issues effectively.
* Experience with Hiring processes, including recruiting and onboarding housekeeping staff.
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of workplace safety standards.
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment and effectively manage time.
* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is preferred.
