Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, nestled within Eden Roc, delivers a contemporary Japanese beach house experience with exclusive accommodations, a private adults\-only pool, and renowned dining at Nobu Miami. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Housekeeping Manager, based in Miami Beach, FL. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization across guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include managing and training housekeeping staff, supervising laundry operations, scheduling and delegating tasks, inspecting rooms and facilities, and collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and ensure exceptional customer service. **Qualifications** * Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff training * Experience in Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards * Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs * Experience in Hiring and training housekeeping staff * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-volume hospitality environment * Proficiency in maintaining and managing inventory and supplies * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts * Previous hotel or resort housekeeping management experience preferred
