You will be responsible for supervising and directing the daily activities of our housekeeping staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, hiring and training new employees, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards. * Plan and assign work duties, schedules, and extra days off based on occupancy forecasts. * Maintain a time log book for all housekeeping employees and monitor their performance. * Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen, and uniform, coordinating inventories with accounts and general store. * Implement and oversee housekeeping systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations. * Prepare reports for management information and assist the purchase department in selecting supplies related to housekeeping. * Attend to and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively. * Organize on\-the\-job training for housekeeping staff and recommend recruitment of new personnel. * Conduct daily inspections of public areas and employees' locker rooms to maintain high standards. * Coordinate with other departments, including Food \& Beverage Service, Front Office, Security, and Maintenance. **FAQs** Q1: What are the benefits offered for this position?
