The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met throughout the hotel, and manage a team of housekeeping staff. Key responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating with other departments, managing inventory and supplies, training and mentoring employees, and addressing guest needs to ensure exceptional service. **Qualifications** * Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and schedule a team effectively * Experience in Laundry and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency * Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and collaborate with other hotel departments * Proficiency in Hiring and training staff for operational success * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a team\-oriented environment * Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management is an asset
