**Task Force Manager – Hospitality** **Location:** NYC, Flatiron **Employment Type:** Full‑Time **Requirement:** 2\-3 years of Hotel Management **Salary Range** : $70,000 \- $90,000 Annualized Salary **WHO WE ARE:** Bridgeton Holdings is a creative, full\-service real estate investment firm. We focus on infill and major secondary markets. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Reporting to the Director of Hospitality, you will provide both short\-term and long\-term task force coverage within the Bridgeton portfolio in various management assignments. You will be responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives focused on driving revenue, controlling costs, providing guest and associate satisfaction, and delivering product and service quality. You may also provide support in a variety of other operational roles as well as assist with corporate projects and initiatives. **Essential Duties** * Ability to travel frequently between multiple properties (often multi\-day trips). * Strong ability to mentor other hotel department managers, to drive both engagement and job satisfaction. * Strong ability to establish relationships and foster efficient, positive and proactive communication with department managers and employees. * Ability to set both short\-term and long\-term goals, geared towards each individual property’s platform, with the ultimate goal of delivering financial success. * Role may require the ability to drive a motor vehicle, stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. **Specific requirements of the role** * Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals. * Ensures that all policies, procedures, federal, state, and local ordinances with regard to personnel, security, cash handling, guest relations, and safety are followed. * Maintains and improves property standards and service to ensure guest satisfaction and the right public image. * Ensure that the property and its inventories are always in the best conditions. * Achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals, balancing cost with guest satisfaction. * Comply with all corporate human resources and accounting procedures. * Inspects property on a regular basis and enforces the implementation of actions toward the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel and guest satisfaction. * Ensure property hiring and all employee practices comply with company and legal requirements and strive for a culturally diverse work place. * Act as "Manager on duty" as required. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** * Minimum two (2\) years of management experience in Rooms department preferred. * Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English. * Professional verbal and written communication skills. * Proven track record on driving in associate and customer service scores and delivering financial results. * Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances. * Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. * Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments. * Ability to travel 100% of the time and be open to assignments of various duration and location. * Valid driver’s license required. *The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Company is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
