Responsibilities include managing hotel sales efforts to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales plans to meet targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and brand alignment. The Hotel Sales Manager will also oversee marketing initiatives, promote hotel services, and ensure high standards of customer service while driving business success. **Qualifications** * Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure satisfaction. * Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and develop strategies for business growth. * Experience with Marketing to create and execute campaigns that promote hotel services and attract potential clients. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with excellent planning, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices are highly preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
