Job Description
**Position:** Lodging Manager (Accommodation and Food Services) **Type:** Hourly contract **Compensation:** $90–$150/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** Project\-based (minimum 15 hrs/week) **Role Responsibilities** * Design occupation\-specific questions based on real lodging and hospitality management workflows. * Translate hotel operations, guest services, staffing, and revenue management scenarios into structured prompts. * Review and evaluate AI\-generated responses related to lodging operations and managerial decision\-making. * Provide written feedback on accuracy, realism, and alignment with real\-world hospitality practices. * Ensure scenarios reflect operational standards within accommodation and food services businesses. * Work independently while meeting defined quality benchmarks and delivery timelines. **Requirements** * Strong full\-time experience as a Lodging Manager. * Professional background within accommodation, hospitality, or food services operations. * Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest experience management, and staff coordination. * Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills. * Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported). * Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week. **Application Process (Takes 20 Min)** * Upload resume * Short interview * Submit form
